Good questions
Do you pierce kids' ears?
Yes, from age five, using single-use sterile needles only. We never use piercing guns.
Can I bring my own jewelry?
Not for a new piercing. Used jewelry can have nicks that irritate a fresh piercing or carry bacteria. Jewelry changes are available once you've healed.
How long does healing take?
Earlobes take about 8–12 weeks. Cartilage and body piercings take about 6 months to 1 year.
How should I prepare?
Eat a light meal, stay hydrated and avoid alcohol for 24 hours before.
What does aftercare include?
A bottle of sterile saline, written instructions, online support by email or social media, and free check-ups and jewelry changes for life (jewelry not included).
